Windows 10 support ended. Repair, upgrade or replace?
Windows 10 no longer gets security updates. Your options: upgrade, speed up, or replace.
Microsoft stopped security updates for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. Your computer still turns on, but it no longer gets fixes for new security problems. The extra year of updates Microsoft offered home users has now ended too.
Your options:
- Upgrade to Windows 11 if your computer supports it. We can check that for free and do the upgrade while keeping your files.
- Speed it up first. Many older laptops run Windows 11 well after a faster drive (SSD) and a cleanup.
- Replace it if it can't run Windows 11. We can set you up with a tested used laptop and move everything over.
Not sure which one you have? Bring it in. We'll look at it, tell you your options in plain words, and you decide.
