Every used laptop and device we sell. Simple, in writing.
You have 30 days from delivery or pickup to start a return, for any reason.
Call (714) 962-0696 or email us. Or bring it to the shop at 9803 Adams Ave, Huntington Beach.
Send it back the way it came: same condition, with the charger and anything else that was included. Sign out of your accounts first.
If it arrived broken or not as described, we pay for the return label. Otherwise you pay return shipping, or bring it to the shop for free.
Full refund of the item price to your original payment, within 5 business days after we get it back and check it.
Rather swap it for another laptop? Tell us and we exchange it instead.
Shipping to you is free anywhere in the US, or pick it up at the shop. After 30 days, your warranty still covers it (90 days on Grade A and B, 30 days on Grade C). Repairs are covered by the repair warranty, not this policy.
