Will I lose my files?
Your files stay where they are for this repair. If anything could put your files at risk, we tell you first and can back them up.
Is it worth fixing an old MacBook?
We'll tell you honestly. If a newer used laptop makes more sense, we'll show you both options so you can choose.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, and Saturday 10am to 2pm. You can also check in online first.
