Warranty

Our repairs come with a 90-day warranty on the work and the parts we install. It does not cover new damage, such as drops or spills after the repair.

Your data

Please back up your files when you can. We take care to protect your data, but some repairs carry risk. We tell you first if a repair could affect your files.

Unclaimed devices

Please pick up your device when we tell you it's ready. We will remind you. Devices left for a long time may be handled as allowed by California law.
