Repairs
90 days
On the parts we install and the work we do. If something isn't right with our repair, bring it back and we make it right.
Not covered: new damage after the repair, like a drop or a spill.
Used laptops
Up to 90 days
90 days on Grade A and B. 30 days on Grade C. If it stops working on its own, we fix it or make it right.
Not covered: drops, spills or damage after you take it home.
How we grade
Every laptop works perfectly. The grade is about looks.
Grade A
Like new. Very light signs of use.
Grade B
Good. Small marks or scratches, works perfectly.
Grade C
Fair. Visible wear, works perfectly. Best value.
Before any laptop goes on sale

- Screen, camera, mic and speakers
- Every port and charging
- Wi Fi and Bluetooth
- Battery health measured
- 30 minute run, no overheating
- Drive fully wiped, fresh system installed
- Cleaned inside and out
